Job Summary
Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized Part-Time Course Registrar / Training Administrator to join our team in support of a U.S. Space Force Delta 7 training support program. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a diverse team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality training that enhances mission readiness and operational excellence.
The Part-Time Course Registrar / Training Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support for classified space intelligence training programs. Responsibilities include coordinating student registrations, maintaining course rosters and training records, coordinating Mobile Training Teams (MTTs), supporting course scheduling, preparing and distributing training materials, processing course completion certificates, collecting and tracking student feedback, and maintaining training documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with instructors, site leadership, students, and Government stakeholders to ensure the efficient planning, execution, and documentation of all training activities while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service.

Security Clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance is/may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner, and that may include lifting up to thirty pounds, as necessary.
